About the Recipe
These crackers are SO easy to make and pair perfectly with avo + goats cheese or even your favourite dip! They are jam packed with antioxidants, essential fatty acids and tonnes of fibre so get baking💛
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 tbsp psyllium husk
2 cups water
Sprinkle of salt
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and leave for 10 minutes until it becomes a thick, gel-like texture.
Spread onto lined baking tray and bake for 1 hour on 180°C. .
[NOTE]: Make sure they are golden and crispy so feel free to keep them in for longer if needed.
