About the Recipe
If you are looking for a quick & easy snack that leaves you feeling full but also tastes DELICIOUS then this cookie is definitely for you. All you have to do is add everything to a bowl, roll it into a cookie and ta-daaaa, you're all done. Recipe is below.
Ingredients
3 tbsp almond meal
1 tbsp flaxseed meal
1 tbsp desiccated coconut
1 tsp cacao powder
1 tbsp True Protein WPI 90 Choc Protein
1 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp almond milk (Discount Code: THEFITFEAST15)
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp dark choc chips
Preparation
Add all ingredients (except choc chips) to a bowl and mix well with a spatula or spoon.
Add in choc chips and combine.
Roll into a cookie and slightly flatten on a lined baking tray.
Bake for 10-20 mins on 180*C.
