About the Recipe
Say hello to easiest, yummiest, healthiest SEED BREAD ever 👋🏼😍 This hearty seed bread is packed full of fibre and is completely vegan, gluten free, grain free and sugar free! I enjoy mine with avocado, goats cheese and eggs.
Ingredients
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup ground flaxseed
1/4 cup psyllium husk powder
WET:
1/4 cup tahini
1 + 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Add dry ingredients in a bowl and combine.
Add in went ingredients and stir until combined.
Pour into lined baking loaf (with baking paper) and pat down evenly.
Bake for 40-50 mins on 180°C. If you tap the loaf and it sounds hollow it’s done.
[NOTES] This bread is not meant to be sweet, however feel free to add in some maple syrup to give it a sweeter taste.
