Decadent, chunky, fluffy & delicious cookies - your weekend treat sorted!
Ingredients
WET:
1/2 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp olive oil
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
DRY:
1/2 cup almond flour
3 tbsp coconut flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup dark choc chips
Preparation
1. Whisk together wet ingredients.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together dry ingredients (except choc chips).
3. Mix wet to dry & stir well.
4. Add in choc chips.
5. Roll into bite sized balls and flatten on a lined baking tray.
6. Bake for 9-12 mins on 180°C.
