About the Recipe
This granola is so easy to make and tastes absolutely amazing! A perfect topping on your favourite yoghurt, or even to just eat of the jar like we do.
1 cup oats
1/2 cup buckinis
3/4 cup mixed nuts (We use almonds, cashews + walnuts)
1/2 cup mixed seeds (We use pumpkin + sunflower)
1/2 cup coconut flakes
2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Pour into lined baking tray and spread evenly.
Bake for 20-25 mins on 180*C or until golden.
