Putting a healthy twist on an old favourite! Introducing RAW SNICKERS SLICE - a real dream come true 🤠These indulgent slices are easy and delicious; it’s hard not to eat them all at once🤤🤤 Making use of brown rice puffs to give it a gooey, yet crunchy texture is definitely is a winner!
Ingredients
BASE
2 cups brown rice puffs
2 tbsp peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp coconut oil
MIDDLE
1/2 cup dates soaked in boiling water
3 tbsp date water
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp almond milk
Peanuts
TOP
1 block dark chocolate
1/4 cup coconut oil
Peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Combine base ingredients in a bowl. Transfer to lined baking tray.
Step 2
Process middle ingredients (except peanuts) in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Pour on top of bottom layer. Sprinkle some peanuts on top.
Step 3
Place in freezer until completely set.
Step 4
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat. Mix through some peanuts. Pour over middle layer and place in freezer for a few hours.
Step 5
Cut into slices and enjoy!
