About the Recipe

This loaf is an absolute must in our household and should be in yours too! The grated raw pumpkin gives it a soft, smooth texture while still maintaining its shape. We also included @mymoonbox Luna’s Gold Turmeric Elixr which nourishes your body inside and out! This loaf is gluten free, guilt free and DELICIOUS so get baking

Ingredients

2 cups raw grated pumpkin


4 eggs


1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil


1 tbsp honey


Pinch of oregano


Pinch of lemon juice


3 cups almond meal


2 tsp turmeric powder


2 tsp baking soda

Preparation

Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil, honey, oregano and olive oil in a bowl.


Fold through almond meal, turmeric and baking soda.


Bake for 45 mins on 160°C.


Top with tahini and avo for extra deliciousness!
