About the Recipe
Papaya is an excellent source of vitamin C, full of antioxidants, high in fibre, aids in digestion, reduces inflammation and is nourishing for the skin and hair... the list goes on! Papaya is one of our favourite fruits and we incorporate it into our diets due it’s amazing health benefits🤩 The best part about this recipe is that you can choose your favourite toppings!
2x dollops of natural coconut yoghurt (or Greek yoghurt)
4-5x organic strawberries
Drizzle of honey
Extra toppings: shredded coconut, chia seeds, granola.
Scoop out the seeds with a spoon and replace with 2 dollops of yoghurt.
Cut and add strawberries.
Add additional topping of your choice and drizzle with a little honey.
