About the Recipe
Today I'm bringing a little bit of sunshine to your screen with these bright, healthy frozen cups that are super easy to make and taste delicious!
Ingredients
BASE:
1 cup almonds
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup dates (soaked in boiling water)
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
Pinch of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
TOP:
2 cups frozen mango chunks
1 cup coconut cream
1/4 cup cashew butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
Step 1
Place base ingredients in a food processor until well combined and mixture forms together.
Step 2
Press small amounts into silicon moulds.
Step 3
Place ‘top’ ingredients in a food processor until thick and creamy.
Step 4
Pour small amounts over each mould.
Step 5
Allow to set in freezer for a few hours or overnight until set.
Step 6
Store in fridge or freezer!
