About the Recipe

The yummiest, decadent and healthy sweet treat that is super easy to make, there’s really no reason not to try it all out for yourselves! Who thinks we should make a peanut butter rice crispy for all of you peanut butter lovers?

Ingredients

3 cups brown rice puffs


1/4 cup cacao powder


1/4 cup peanut butter


1/4 melted coconut oil


1/4 cup desiccated coconut


1/3 cup maple syrup


1/2-1 block dark choc

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a bowl.


Place in cupcake moulds and press down.


Melt chocolate block with 2 tbsp coconut oil.


Pour a small amount of chocolate over each mould and then sprinkle the coconut.


Allow to set in freezer and enjoy!
