Using only 4 ingredients, you NEED to try these Corn Thin Bars. They are gluten free, vegan, dairy free & certified delicious!
8 corn thins, crushed
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 block dark chocolate
Crush up your corn thins and add to a bowl.
Mix through the peanut butter and maple syrup.
Pour into lined loaf tin and flatten. Pop into fridge for 30 mins.
Melt your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
Pour chocolate over corn thin layer and spread out evenly.
Pop back into fridge for one hour to set.
Cut into bars and enjoy! Store in fridge.
