About the Recipe
Every time I enter Scoop Wholefoods I ALWAYS buy their coconut rough, so I knew it was time I created my own! Recipe below.
Ingredients
1 block dark chocolate, melted
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1 serving @trueprotein WPI90 Choc Protein
2 tbsp honey
Pinch of Salt
Preparation
1. Melt your chocolate in a microwave safe bowl.
2. Add in all other ingredients and mix well.
3. Spoon into lined baking tray, making circle sized bites.
4. Pop into freezer for 1 hour.
5. Enjoy! Store in freezer.
