About the Recipe

You ask, we listen! We had a lot of people asking us to create a delicious chunky cookie recipe so here we have SALTED CHOC CHUNK COOKIES! An easy, guilt free cookie that taste just as good as it looks 🍪😛 We hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

Ingredients

DRY:

1.5 cups almond meal

1 cup oat flour

1 tsp baking soda

Cinnamon

Salt


WET:

1/4 cup runny tahini

2 tbsp peanut butter

1/4 cup maple syrup

1/4 cup almond milk

1/4 cup olive oil

1/2 cup dark chocolate

Preparation

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.


Combine wet ingredients (except chocolate) in a seperate bowl.


Mix wet to dry.


Mix through chocolate.


Roll into balls and slightly press down.


Bake for 10-15 mins on 180°C.
