Choc Peanut Butter Cups

About the Recipe

These super easy fudgy cups are one of our favourite recipes yet... Tuesday’s freezer stash can’t get much better (that’s if they last longer than a few hours) 🤪 They are the perfect sweet treat so get baking so we can see your wonderful creations.

Ingredients

BASE:

  • 1 cup buckwheat flour

  • 1/4 cup almond meal

  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


TOP:

  • 1 cup cacao powder

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt



Preparation

Step 1

Combine base ingredients in a bowl and mix with a fork.


Step 2

Press small amounts into silicon moulds and bake for 15 mins or until golden brown on 180°C.


Step 3

Mix fudge ingredients in a seperate bowl.


Step 4

Pour small amounts over each mould.


Step 5

Top with peanuts and allow to set in freezer for a few hours!
