About the Recipe
This fudge is sooo easy and delicious and uses minimal ingredients to ensure you are satisfied without the fuss. If you love the combination of chocolate, walnut and peanut butter then get baking this week and try the recipe below.
1 cup walnuts
1.5 cups almond flour
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/4 cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup almond milk
1.5 blocks dark chocolate
2/3 cup almond milk
In a food processor, combine ‘base’ ingredients until smooth and creamy.
Pour into lined loaf tin and freeze for one hour.
Heat dark chocolate with 1/3 cup almond milk until melted, then add in another 1/3 cup almond milk until smooth.
Pour over base layer and freeze for a few hours.
Cut up and enjoy!
