Ingredients
Handful of spinach
150 - 200g chicken breast
1/2 an avocado
1/2 onion, air fried or roasted
1 carrot, air fried or roasted in paprika
5 cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
Sprinkle of feta
For the dressing:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & Pepper
Preparation
Mix all salad ingredients in a bowl.
Mix through the soy sauce, olive oil, and salt & pepper and mix well.
Devour!
