About the Recipe

This berry smoothie protein bowl is a tasty and healthy breakfast option that is perfect for those on the go. To make this dish, you will need a blender and the following ingredients: 1 cup of frozen berries (such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries), 1 scoop of protein powder, 1/4 cup coconut water, 1 banana and more.. Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. The resulting smoothie should be thick and creamy. Pour the smoothie into a bowl and top it with your favorite toppings, such as granola, chia seeds, and sliced almonds. I love buckinis! This delicious and nourishing smoothie bowl is a great way to start your day off right, providing you with a boost of protein and a burst of fruity flavour.

Ingredients

1 frozen banana

1 tbsp cacao powder

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp peanut butter

2 dates

1/4 cup coconut water

3 ice cubes

Buckinis, to top

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until thick, smooth and creamy.
