Made with cinnamon, apples, oats and greek yoghurt - topped off with a hint of honey or maple syrup - this one will leave your taste buds satisfied without any guilt. So if you're looking for a way to stay energised or are simply wanting some creative fuel for cooking up tasty dishes for your family mealtime, these Apple Pie Cinnamon Oats are just what you need!


1/2 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup almond milk

1/2 cup water

1/2 an apple, diced

1 tbsp honey

1 tsp cinnamon

Dollop of greek yoghurt


1. Add diced apple to a saucepan with the honey & cinnamon and simmer on low heat until apple becomes brown & soft. Remove from heat & set aside.

2. Add your oats, almond milk & water to a saucepan and allow to simmer on medium heat until oats are thick & creamy.

3. Pour oats into a bowl. Add a dollop of Greek yoghurt, then your diced apple, then an extra drizzle of honey & cinnamon.

4. Enjoy!
