About the Recipe

These chocolate eggs are the perfect afternoon snack. They are SO easy and take about 15 mins to make, and taste amazing with the use of a creamy Vanilla Protein powder. I’ll be making them again in 2 days, and 2 days after that.


  • 1/3 cup Vanilla protein powder

  • 1/3 cup almond meal

  • 1/3 cup peanut butter

  • 2 tbsp maple syrup/honey

  • 1/4 cup water

  • Half a block 85% dark chocolate


Step 1 Mix all ingredients (except chocolate) in a bowl until a thick, sticky dough forms.

Step 2

Form into preferred size and shape you want your eggs to be and place in freezer on a baking tray for 15-30 mins.

Step 3

Melt chocolate with 1-2 tbsp coconut oil in microwave or saucepan.

Step 4

Dip each egg in the chocolate and lay flat back on the baking tray.

Step 5

Allow to set in freezer for one hour.
