So let’s grab stiryour-fry pan, heat up some oil and get cooking together!
Ingredients
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 spring onion, diced
1 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp minced ginger
1 packet Organic Beef Stir Fry Strips
1 zucchini, sliced
1 bok choy, sliced
1 packet 250g sliced mushrooms
2-3 tbsp soy sauce
Salt & pepper
Brown rice, to serve
Sesame seeds, to serve
Sriracha, to serve
Preparation
1. Heat sesame oil in a large pan and add spring onion, minced garlic & ginger. Cook for 2 mins.
2. Add your beef strips & cook for 1 minute.
3. Add all other veges + soy sauce and stir for 3 minutes, until veges are soft and beef is cooked through.
4. Season with salt & pepper.
5. Serve with brown rice, sesame seeds & sriracha.
