My Go-To Healthy Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Updated: Dec 21, 2022

One of the greatest pleasures in life is a chewy, soft and delicious chocolate fudge recipe. For many years I have been on the hunt to experiment and create the best chocolate fudge (I have made many variations in my life, many of which are in my top 10 favourite recipes). However, recently I created a Protein Chocolate Fudge using just 7 ingredients, and it has definitely taken the lead as one of The Fit Feast favourites! It is a healthier alternative to traditional chocolate fudge recipes that are high in sugar. The recipe is easy to make and requires minimal time and effort, making it a convenient option for a quick dessert - it's also super customisable to suit people's tastes and dietary restrictions, making it a versatile and inclusive option for everyone to enjoy.

Chocolate Fudge reminds me of my childhood - walking around the Easter Show or a School Fair with my Mum, begging for her to buy me the lolly-bag filled with an abundance of mouthwatering chocolate treats.

As I grew older and became more interested in health & wellness, and in particular how wholefoods can fuel your brain and body, one of the first healthy recipes I created was fudge. You can check out my 3 Ingredient Tahini Fudge here which I also love.
